Steps from the Basilica of Santa Maria Novella, Palazzo Ottaviani is the latest residential addition to the apartments of Hotel Lungarno. Ten apartments with tailored textiles, large-scale artworks by local artists and open kitchens, crowned by a penthouse with a panoramic terrace.
Palazzo Ottaviani is rooted in a personal legacy: the vision of the Marchese di San Giuliano. A patron of the arts, he dedicated nearly forty years to one of Europe’s most extensive model railway systems, now housed in the HZERO Museum on the ground floor. Today his son Diego and his daughters Giulia and Maria carry the vision forward.
